Alix currently works in private practice with children, young people, families and adults. She also works as an independent psychotherapist in primary and secondary schools in Berkshire and South London providing one to one therapy, therapeutic groups, consultancy and support for teachers and parents. Alix set up a long-term therapy service for the charity RASASC for young people aged 13 - 16 years old who have been raped or sexually abused. 

Alix has worked directly with Social Care undertaking child and family assessments for court in cases where children are being removed from their parents' care - she has prepared court reports and been an Expert Witness for the family court. 
She also teaches trainee child counsellors and therapists at a child & adolescent psychotherapy training affiliated with Middlesex University and is a seminar leader on the Play Therapy training at Roehampton University. 

Previously, Alix worked at a tier 2 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Berkshire and as a School Project Manager for the child mental health charity Place2Be. 
Qualifications: MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling, Terapia / Middlesex University.  Diploma in Child, Adolescent and Adult Clinical Supervision
